Our clinicians are physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who practice Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dietetics, Aesthetics and Urgent Care in a caring and trusted environment.
The vision of Lander Medical Clinic and Western Family Care is to consistently meet the changing healthcare needs and expectations of the communities we serve in Fremont County, Wyoming.
To our valued patients:
Lander Medical Clinic and Western Family Care are proud to have been integral to Fremont County and surrounding area communities for over 70 years. During that time the healthcare industry has seen many changes, but we continue to adapt and strive to be your complete medical home. Our goal is to help all of our patients and family members obtain high-quality health care services at an affordable cost.
We would like to highlight our Patient Portal – a feature that allows our patients better access to their personal health information and provides a state-of-the-art venue for communication and education on health care matters. By providing the tools to empower our patients to take a more active role in managing their health, we can all contribute to reducing the skyrocketing costs of health care. The Patient Portal allows patients to communicate with their medical provider more efficiently. It enables patients to pose questions via email and allows providers to send secure messages to the patient regarding test results and respond to patient inquiries. Live operators will also be available after hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We also provide centralized scheduling to our patients. With centralized scheduling, patients can call the main phone number, and the staff person/s dedicated to answering the phone can schedule your appointment, answer or triage any questions you may have, help facilitate prescription refills, and access test results. We feel this increases our workflow efficiency and helps ensure that our patients who are here for appointments can receive the prompt and undivided attention of your provider and nursing staff.
We would like to thank the Fremont County communities for their trust and support over the past 70 years, and hope that the next 70 will be as successful and invigorating as the last.
Let’s stay healthy together.
