Ashley grew up in central south Dakota and moved to Riverton with her family this summer. She is a certified family nurse practitioner with advanced training in rheumatology. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at South Dakota State University where she graduated with honors. She began her career as a registered nurse in central South Dakota and gained experience in various areas of patient care including: medical surgical, intensive care, emergency department, labor and delivery, and clinic nursing. She then went on to earn her Master of Science degree at the University of North Dakota and graduated with high honors. She has been practicing as a primary care nurse practitioner for the past 5 years and is passionate about providing quality medical care.
In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. She enjoys running, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, camping, riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers and watching her son play sports. She also loves spending time at home with her baby girl who is almost 6 months old.
