Current Vaccination Info

Learn who is getting vaccinated in Fremont County

Currently, our clinic is working with Public Health to administer the vaccine. Information is constantly being updated, but at this point we are vaccinating those 16 years of age and older.

If you have been seen in one of our clinics in the last 2 years, you have already been automatically added to a call list to see if you would like to receive the vaccine, and then scheduled as we receive vaccine supply. If you are not a patient of ours, please call one of our clinics to request to be added to the list, if you are 16 years of age or older. If you are 16 years of age or older, please contact us, Public Health, or the Wyoming Department of Health at (307)856-6979 or Nicki Urbigkit at SageWest Hospitals at (307)856-4161 or (307)332-4420.
